N.B.-(a.) Postal Hong packets may be sent to China and Macao at 4 cents per oz., which must be prepaid.

(b.) Newspapers published in Hongkong and posted singly to the following Places are accepted at the special rate of 2 cents per 4 oz. or fraction thereof, viz. :- Australia. Canada, Ceylon, China, Corea, Formosa, India, Japan, Macao, Netherlands India, New Zealand, Philippine Islands, Sinm, Straits Settlements, Timor, and United Kingdom,
