(3) Allowance for extra work on the arrival of an English or French Mail from Europe on a Sunday or holiday. and of a Canadian or United States Mail on a Funday, on the following scale :-Salary $1,200 and upwards. $3 per mail; 8000 and under $1,200, $2 per mail; $180 and under $600, $1 per nul.
(ú) Allowances for attendance on a Sunday or holiday are granted to Officers attending at the General Office at the rates of $3, $2, and $1 per diem recording to seniority; Officers attending at the Branch Offices receive $1 per diem.
