(4) Mr. Carpenter, in addition to other datios, acted as and drew half initial salary plus half duty pay of 1st Grade Executive Engineer in addition to full salary and duty pay as 2nd Grade Executive Engineer from 1st January to 21st FebruRTY

(6) Mr. Perkins acted as 1st Grade Executive Engineer from 30th August, 1913, to 6th April, 1914, and drew half

initial salary and half duty pay of Mr. H. G. C. Fisher from 30th November, 1913, to 8th April, 1914, and also drew a bouns of $150 per month from 19th November, 1914, to 15th September, 1915, for taking charge of Maintenance Office in addition.
