REMARKS.

(5) Mr. B. D. Evans acted as Chief Assistant from 25th February to 16th November and drew half initial salary of Chief Assistant and half initial salary plus increment of First Assistant from 26th May to 16th November.

(4) Retired on pension on April 24th. Post abolished and Mr. Badan Singh appointed from Police Department as 8rd Gradle Clerical Assistant on one year's probation.
