(EUROPEAN DIETS.)
Each piut to contain 3 ounces meat without bone; one ounce onions; one onnee
harley; 4 ounces Greens, yums, sweet potatoes or taro; with pepper and salt.
Each pint to contain 2 ounces oatmeal ; one ounce molasses; with salt,

Each pint to contain once flake cocou or nibs ; one ounce molasses or sugar. Each pint to coutain ounce tea; † ounce sugur,
Chillies 3 dra., pepper 14 drs., turmeric { dr., coreander seed † dr., cummin seed † dr.,
and oil oz.
Note-A European prisoner sentenced to imprisonment for two years and upwards, and in the First Class under the progressive stage system, shall be allowed 8 oz. of chicken for dinner on Sundays, in addition to the proseribel diet.
