REMARKS.
(5) Mr. Biden acted as and drew Duty Pay of 1st Grade Executive Engineer and bonus at $150 per month from 3rd March to 30th December and also drew half initial salary of 1st Grade Executive Engineer and balf initial salary as 1st Grade Assistant Engineer from 3rd July to 30th December.
