REMARKS,

(1) Commander C. W. Beckwith, R.N., acted as Harbour

Master from 3rd June to 20th Augast.

(2) Mr. E. Jones from 3rd June to 20th August and Mr. R. O. Hutchison from 1st July to 20th August actel as Assistant Harbour Master.

(3) Transferred to Sanitary Department on 1st February,

and post replaced by 1st Grade Clerk.

(4) Mr. Sinlar Khan transferred to Shanghai to not as Firs. Clerk in the Post Office there on 26th June, Mr. Chan l'ui transferred from Sanitary Department to act for him and drew full salary as Higher Grade Clerk.

Mr. Sirdar Khan returned from Shanghai and resumed duty on 18th December, Mr. Chan Pui returning to Sanitary Department on the same date,
