Packages containing Safety Cartridges charged per 25 b. weight, 6 cents a month, or fraction of a mouth; packages of detonators, 9 cents per 25 h. weight. Cases or boxes of Percussion Caps to be charged six cents for twenty-five pounds weight a month or fraction of a month.

The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no alter-

ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.

The Government will not be responsible for damago by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packagos are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.

Storage of Other Explosives,-

Nitro-Glycerine, or Glonoine Oil, Gun Cotton, Fulminating Mercury, Dynamite, Lithofracteur, Horsleys' Patent Blasting Powder, &c., &c.

Cases of above containing 25 b. and less,
