REMARKS.

(1) Mr. J. B. Kemp acted as Puisne Judge from 19th March to 6th November and drew half salary of Puiane Judge in sterling and half initial salary as Crown Solicitor from 19th June to 6th November.

(2) In addition to other duties acted as and drew half initial falary plus duty pay of Official Receiver, etc., and full pay as Registrar from 1st January to 31st December.

(3) Acted as 2nd Police Magistrate from 1st January to 26th August. Mr. 8. B. B. McElderry acted as and drow half initial salary and full duty pay of Deputy Registrar and Appraiser and half initial salary and full house allow- Ance as Passed Cadet from 1st January to 4th August.
