ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazino.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as woolen packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.

Nitro-Glycerine, or Glonoine Oil, Gan Cotton, Fulminating Merenry, Dynamite, Lithofrneteur, Horsleys' Patent Blasting Powder, &c., &c.
