The diets of prisoners in Victoria Gaol shall be in accordance with the following Rules and Regulations :—

Note.-A Europena prisoner sentenced to imprisonment for two years and upwards, and in the First Class under the progressive stage system, shall be allowed 8 oz. of chicken for dinner on Sundays, in addition to the prescribed diet.
