MEDICAL TREATMENT,—Continued.
European lanatics landed from ships on Consular or ship's agents' guarantee are charged as 2nd class private patients. Asiatic lunatics are charged as 3rd class patients in accordance with the foregoing scale.
Luunties sent in by Board of Trade will be charged in accordance with the rates
for seamen giveu above.
Children under 12 years of age half price in each class.
Patients are charged for all wines, spirits and malt liquors consumed, with the
exception of brandy administered medicinally.
Certificates.—A charge of $5 is made for all certificates in connection with fitness or unfituess of patients or others to perform their duty, and for invaliding certificates, and §10 for certificates required by Insurance Companies, etc.
NATURALIZATION FEES, ($250 in each case),
OFFICIAL ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMISSION ;—
5 per centum on all moneys dealt with by the Official Administrator,
OFFICIAL TRUSTEE'S COMMISSION ;—
2 per centum on the net value of the Trust Estate when the value of the Trust Estate does not exceed $10,000, and when the value exceeds $10,000, 2 per centum on the first $10,000 and 1 per centum on the excess,
2 per centum on the annual revenue of a Trust Estate,
OFFICIAL RECEIVER'S AND TRUSTEE'S COMMISSION :—
To the Official Receiveron appointment of a Trustee other than himself, $5.00 to $50,00 To the Trustee-such commission on the assets, not exceeding 5 per centum,
as the Court may order.
