or fraction of a month; packages of detonators, 9 cents per 25 h. weight,
The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no alter-
ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packages are liable to the attacks of white nuts, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.
Storage of Other Explosires,—
Nitro-Glycerine, or Glonoine Oil, Gum Cotton, Fulminating Merenry, Dynamite, Lithofracteur, Horsleys' Patent Blasting Powder, &c., &c.
