At the close of the year the whole of the fee will be returned to any student whose couinct and progress are reported as satisfuctory by the cla-s-muster, if the number of his attendancés equals 90 per cent. of the possible number of attendances in the classes that he joined; half the fee will be returned if the n imber equals 75 per vent. No registration fee will be charged students who continue their course of stu ly for a second year.

FEES OF COURT
ORDER AS TO THE FEES AND PERCENTAGES TO BE TAKEN IN THE SUPREME COURT.
1.—This Order may be cited as The Supreme Court Fees Order, 1903. It shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1903, and shall apply to all causes and matters commenced on and after the said day, and to all proceedings taken on and after the said day in all causes and matters then pending.
2. The fees and percentages contained or referred to in the several Schedules hereto are fixed and appointed to be and shall be taken in the Supreme Court in the various jurisdictions to which the said Schedules respectively relate; and the said fees and percentages shall, except in so far as the said Schedules provide for a payment in cash, be taken by stamps either impressed or adhesive as the Governor may from time to time direct.
3.-All Orders and Rules of Court heretofore made for the purpose of fixing fees or percentages in the Supreme Court are hereby anoulled, but this Order shall not apply to or affect existing fees or percentages directed to be taken or paid by nuy Ordinance.
4-A folio comprises 72 words, each figure being counted as a word.
