or fraction of a mouth; packages of detonators, 9 cents por 25 lb. weight. The weight of the various packages dotermined at the time of storing, and no alter-
ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing, and as wooden packages are linbib to the attacks of white unts, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.
