(1) Dr. F. Clark acted as Principul Civil Medical Officer from 16th March to 31st December, and drew in addition to his pay as Medical Officer of Health, of the half pay of the Principal Civil Medical Offer from 16th July to 31st December. Dr. J. Boll acted as Consulting Surgeon and Physician to Hospitals from 46th March to 31st December, and drew in wddition to his pay if of the half pay of the Principed Civil Medical Officer from 16th July to 31st December.
