(1) During Mr. R. II. A. Craig's absence on leave from 1st January to 7th December the duties of Assistant Superintendent were performed by Mr. C. D. A. Melbourne who drew half pay as Assistant Superintendent and full pay as 1st Clerk Magistravy from 9th March to 7th December.
