(1) Sir Henry A. Blake left the Colony for Ceylon an the 21st November, 1903, onl was on vacation leave and drew full pag up to the 3rd December, 1903.
(2) Capt. Sir John Keine leli tha Colony for Cuylou on the 21st November, 1903, and was on vacation leave and drew full pay up to the 3rd Decemb r, 1083.
