and so on, increasing 6 cents per package for each 25 lbs. of Gunpowder, up to aud in excess of 100 lbs., according as the Gunpowder may be loose or in tins. Packages containing Safety Cartridges charged per 25 lbs. weight, 6 cents a month,
or fraction of a month; packages of dotonators 9 cents per 25 lbs, weight. The weight of the various packagos determined at the time of storing, and no alter-
ation allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.
