When the Personal Esture is of the sum of $3,000 and over, Probate of a Codicil or Letters of Administration with a Codicil annexed being a Codicil to a Will already proved-Same Feg as on a duplicate or tripli- cate Probate or Letters of Administration with the Will annexel.

Where the whole Estate of a person dying intestate dues not exceed in value the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the Registry of the Supreme Court and the parties sworn or declared to the saine without payment of any Fee save the undermentioned.
