Measures of length, if made of wood or bamboo, shall (excopt yard measures imported from the Unite! Kingdom) be tipped at the ends with motal to the satisfaction of the Examiner of Weights and Measures, or, in ense of doubt, of a Police Magistrate, whoso decision shall be final.
