Thero is a fair amount of Bath and Lavatory accom- modation, the waste pipes from which have recently boon re-arranged so as to discharge into open heads attached to a vertical waste pipe situated outside the building and trapped at its foot.
Water closets of the wash-out type provided with wasto-preventing cisterns are used disconnected from the wards.

(I.) In reference to the above Table, state whother or not the Register Books were produced on every occasion; and if not, on how many occasions they were not so produced.
(II.). And if on any occasion when they were exa- miued, they were found not to be properly made up to date of examination.
