Packages containing Ball-Cartridges charged per 25 lbs. weight, 6 cents a month, and fraction of a month; packages of detonators 9 cents per 25 lbs. weight. The weight of the various packages determined at the time of storing, and no alteration allowed after they have been received into the Magazine.
