ORDER AS TO THE FEES AND PERCENTAGES TO BE
TAKEN IN THE SUPREME COURT.
The 1st day of October, 1892.
1, the undersigned, Chief Justice of the Colony of Hongkong, by virtue of the power and authority in me vested da hereby order and direet as follows :-
1.—This Order may be cited as The Supreme Court Fees Order, 189%. It shull
come into force on the 1st day of January, 1893, und shall apply to all canses and matters commenced pa and after the said day, and to all proceedings taken on aid after the said day in all causes and matters then pending, 2.—The fees and percentages contained or referred to in the soverál Schedules hereto are fixed nid appointed to be and shall be taken in the Supreme Court in the varions jurisdictions to which the said. Sebedules resportively relate; and the snid fees and percentages shall, except in so far as the said Schedules provido for a payment in cash, bo taken by stamps either impressed or adhesive ns the Governor may from time to time direct,
3—All Onlers and Rules of Court heretofore made for the purpose of fixing fees or percentages in the Supreme Court are hereby muualled, fur this Order shall not apply to or affect existing fees or percentages directed to be taken or puid by any Ordinance oxcept in so far as such fees or percentages are hereby expressly niteral or modifiel.
