ORDER AS TO THE FEES AND PERCENTAGES TO BE
TAKEN IN THE SUPREME COURT.
The 1st day of October, 1892.
I, the undersignod, Chiof Justico of the Colony of Hongkong, by virtuo of the power and authority in mo vested do horoby order nud direct as follows:-
1.—This Order may be cited as The Supreme Court Fees Order, 1892. It shall
come into force on the 1st day of January, 1893, and shall apply to all causes and matters commenced on and after the said day, and to all proceedings taken on and after tho said day in all causes and matters thon ponding. 2.-Tho fecs and percentagos contained or roforred to in the several Schedulos horoto aro fixed and appointed to be and shall bo takon in the Supremo Court in the various jurisdictions to which tho said Schedules respectively relato; and tho said fees and percontages shall, oxcopt in so far as the said Schedules provide for a payment in cash, bo taken by stamps either impressed or adhesive us the Governor may from time to timo direct.
3.—All Orders and Rules of Court heretofore made for the purpose of fixing fees or percentages in the Supreme Court uro horoby aunnlod, but this Order shall not apply to or affect existing foes or porcentagos directed to be takon or paid by nny Ordinance oxcept in so far as such fees or porcentages are hereby oxpressly altered or modified.
