Para. 3 Section 94 of Ordinance No. 13 of 1873, ennets that until a new Sealo of Court Fees shall havo been provided for uso under the said Ordinance, by any General Rule or Order of the Supreme Court, or otherwise, and in so far as any such new Scale may be incompleto, all questions relating to the amount of such Fees shall be referred to the Registrar♫

A new Scale was approved by the Legislative Council on 30th November, 1892,

and comes into force on the 1st January, 1893.

Twenty-five cents.

$1 for every $20 or part of $20.

The above scalo is intended to include all expenses; except in suits where the tenant disputes the landlord's claim, and witnesses have to be subpænd, in which caso cach subpoena must be paid for at 25 cents; where watchmen are kept in charge of property distrained, 50 cents per day must be paid per man; wliero property is removed and stored, the necessary expenses to be fixed by the Registrar must be paid.
