Para. 3 Section 94 of Ordinanro No. 13 of 1873, enacts that mutil a new Senio of Court Fees shall have been providesi for use under the said Ordinance, by muy General Rule or Order of the Supreme Court, or otherwise, ned in so far as nuy sech new Seale may be incomplete, all questions relating to the atmount of such Fees shall be referred to thứ Registrar.
