Crown Rents on Lands leased for periods varying from 14 to 999 years.

Lands Occupied by Chinese Villagers, Squatters, &c., under Squatters' Licences issued by the Surveyor General, viz.:-

  • Villagers and Squatters at Hongkong at $1 per annum for 150 Square Feet,
  • Do. do. at Kaulung at $1 per annum for 300 Square Feet,
