The above scale is intended to include all expenses; except in suits where the in tenant disputes the Inndlord's claim, and witnesses have to be subponed, which case each sulqerug must be paid for at 25 cents; where watchmen aro kept in charge of property distrained, 25 cents per day must be paid per man; where property is removed and stored, the uçressary expenses to be fixed by the Registrar must be paid.

Where the whole Estate of a person dying intostate shall not exceed the sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the office and tho parties sworn or declared to the same without payinout of any Fee savo the undermentioned,
