TEMPORARY CIVIL HOSPITAL RETURN.
NOTE.-On_the first occasion of filling up these Forms, a Plan of cach Floor of the Hospital should be sent home. Each such Plan should be the size of the Blue Book sheet. In subsequent yours, if there has boen no material altoration in the Buildings, or addition to them, it will be sufficient to refer to the Blue Book in which the Plans wore sent home.
If the Buildings are afterwards altered or enlarged, fresh Plans should be sent home with the
Blue Book of the year in which the alterations were offected.
The old Lock Hospital has been enlarged and altered and is now occupied by part of the Civil Hospital Establishment. The rest of the establishment is installed in the femalo Lock Hospital until the remaining part of the Civil Hospital shall be built.
