PERSONAL FEES

ATTORNEY GENERAL

Under Ordinance No. 16 of 1873, and Order of the Governor in Council of 28th August 1885, a fee of $25 is charged for investigating and reporting on the title of the applicant for registration of a trade mark.

Under a resolution of the Governor in Council of the 8th December 1870 (C.S.O. 3119):

  1. A fee of not less than $25 is charged for reporting on each petition for letters patent, under Ordinance 14 of 1862.
  2. In case of special difficulties occurring, or of opposition to the grant of the patent whereby special labours may be imposed, such further fees as may be determined by the Council, whether petitioner succeeds in the prayer of his petition or not.

POLICE MAGISTRATES' COURT

The First Clerk in this Court is authorised to charge the following fees:

COUNSEL AND SOLICITORS' FEES
