SUPREME COURT,

Para. 3 Section 94 of Ordinance No. 13 of 1873, onacts that until a new Scale of Court Fees shall have been provided for use under the said Ordinance, by any General Rule or Order of the Supreme Court, or otherwise, and in so far as any such new Scale may be incomplete, all questions relating to the amount of such Fees shall be referred to the Registrar.

A new Scale is in course of preparation.
