The Hongkong Artillery and Rifle Volunteer Corps, originally incorporated by Sir HERCULES ROBINSON under Ordinance 2 of 1862, was disbanded by Sir Richard MacDonnell in 1866, but revived and re-organized by Governor PorE HENNESSY in 1877-8; it was again disbanded in 1882, and re-organized in same year by the Hon. W. H, MARSH, C.M.G., the Officer Administering the Government, under Ordinance 18 of 1882,
