Receipt or discharge written upon or contained in any Bill of Exchange, Promissory Note, Deed or other Instrument oharged with Duty under this Schedule and duly stamped, and Receipts for Pay and Allowances of Persons in the service of the Government, whether Civil, Naval, or Military.
13. Probates and Letters of Administration with or without the Will annexed (Administration Bonds exempt),..

The same ad valorem Duty aa on a Conveyance to be calculated upon the value of the Estate and Effects for or in respect of which "such Probate or Letters of Administration shall granted, exclusive of what the deceased shall have been possessed of or entitled to ne a Trustee for any other Person or Persons, and not beneficially.
