PERSONAL FEES.
ATTORNEY GENERAL.
Under Ordinance No. 16 of 1873, and Order of the Governor in Council of 11th July, 1874, a Fee of $25 is charged for investigating and reporting on the Title of the applicant for registration of a Trade Mark.
Under a resolution of the Governor in Council of the 8th December, 1870, (C.S.O. 3119), a Fec of not less than $25 is charged for investigating and reporting on the Title of the Applicant for Letters Patent. under Ordinance 14 of 1862.
POLICE MAGISTRATES' COURT.
The First Clerk in this Court is authorised to charge the following fees:-
For certificates of the trial of soldiers, authorised by Mutiny Act,.

The following Scale of Fees is allowed to Counsel and Solicitors for defending, at the request
of the Government, prisoners charged with murder :—
