REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES.
Fees to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares.
For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital does not exceed

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital exceeds $10,000, the above Fee of $50, with the following additional Fees, regulated recording to the amount of Nominal Capital ; (that is to say),-
For every $5,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $5,000, after the
