PERSONAL FEES

ATTORNEY GENERAL

Under Ordinance No. 16 of 1873, and Order of the Governor in Council of 11th July, 1874, a Fee of $25 is charged for investigating and reporting on the Title of the applicant for registration of a Trade Mark.

OFFICIAL TRUSTEE

The following charges are authorised by Section VI of Ordinance No. 7 of 1873, and are paid to the Official Trustee by Order of the Governor, C.S.O. No. 333 of 7th May, 1877.

Two per centum on the net value of the Trust Estate, where the value of the Trust Estate does not exceed Ten thousand Dollars, and where the value exceeds Ten thousand Dollars two per centum on the first Ten thousand Dollars and one per centum on the excess.
