3. With reference to the Government Central :hool, I confine myself to supplement the Report ̇the Acting Head Master, which I append; by a criticisms, based on what I saw of the school
the occasion of periodical inspections, and on hat I learned from the masters by conversation id by a special conference I held with them to st the correctness of my views.
