  • Warrant of Distress only of Plaints: there shall also be taken a deposit fee of five per cent on the sum claimed, which shall be relieved if the claim be compromised before the time of hearing.
  • Affixing Magistrate's Seal or Signature, except to official documents, to which such Seal or Signature is required by a Government officer.
  • Administering an Oath.
  • Should a Plaintiff be manifestly too poor to pay the fees, they may be remitted, but recovered from the Defendant as in other cases.
