Under Authority of Requisitions Nos: 1, 2, 5, 7 the purchase of Flags, protecting Buildings, repair of Bungalow temporarily occupied by troops at What Print; and repair of other buildings was effected.
Requisition No. 9 was prepared for the repairs required after the storm in the colony, to the Magistracy and Possession Point Police Station, and executed for the sum of £35.7.0.
Requisition No. 10 Comprised repairs to the residence of this Excellency the Governor, Central Police Station, Bonham Strand, Butterfield and Pottinger Police Stations, and were effected subsequently to the store for the sum of £67.9.1.
The Central Police Station being much more damaged than the others formed a special Requisition and was executed for the sum of £44.1.2; the damages generally caused to buildings in exposed positions is in the stripping of the tiles of the roofs; I have tried various methods of counteracting this but with
