N. 24.

At the term of Manly the Police Station was referred, and the roof revised, and the whole better ventilated and drained, under the Authority of Report and Estimate No. 8 of 1854, for an expenditure of £20.16.8.

Repairs to the Magistracy affected under Report and Estimate No. 27 of 1868, amounting to £19.11.8.

Item Anne of the Public Roads Traces, to a limited extent, were planted under Report and Estimate No. 1 of 1864, and payments made amounting to £15; this service is extended as circumstances appear to demand annually.

Repairs to the Police Stations in Victoria, under Report and Estimate No. 24 of 1853, amounted to £10.8.4.

A variety of services which, strictly speaking, are of a Miscellaneous nature, were obliged to be charged either under the head of Construction or Repair; and under that of the former for buildings account I made payments amounting to £19.17.0. Requisitions Nos. 2, 3, and 8, for protection to Government Buildings — the furnaces of Hays, ... — under the latter head on Requisitions Nos. 1, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11 I made a variety of repairs to the following Buildings: Government Offices, Police ...
