REMARKS.
(2) Chief Justice Hulme returned from England on the 13th March.
Since Mr. Hulme's departure for England, his duties have been performed by Mr. Alexander, Deputy Registrar, drawing the moiety of his original salary and that of the temporary appointment, being at the rate of £550 per annum.
Since the 29th March, W. Mason, Clerk in the Courts and Registration office has performed the duties of Deputy Registrar receiving the moieties of the salaries assigned to his fixed and temporary appointment, being at the rate of £325 per annum.
