An Ordinance to amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Govenor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration (Amend- Short thik and ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1980.
(2) Sections 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 of this Ordinance shall come into
operation on 28 October 1980.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

definition-
"adjudicator" means the chief adjudicator and any other
adjudicator appointed under section 53F:";
