Amendment deemed to have been made for the purposes of section St
(4) in by-law 14, by deleting pamgraph (2)
and substituting the following—
*(2) No person shall discharge, deposit, or place any pigwash in or into a public place.",
The Regulations shall have effect as if they were amended as follows-
(a) in regulation
paragraph (c);
10. by deleting sub-
(b) in regulation 14, by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following-
"(2) No person shall discharge, deposit, or place any pigwash ío or into a public place.",
The Ordinance shall have effect as if it were amended as follows-
J
(a) in section 4(1), by deleting the words or into the waters of the Colony", the words>
stream, watercourse, ford or reservoir, or into any drain or sewer" and the words ", stream or watercourse''; (b) in section 5(1), by deleting paragraph (c).
The Ordinance shall have effect as it section 9(6) were amended by deleting "or to pollute ar to be likely to pollute the waters in any such
