An Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenus Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amendment) Shon this and Ordinance 1980 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on CONGRUENGETICHE. II March 1980.
2. Section 28(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- Amendinsal of graph (a) of the proviso by deleting "94" and substituting the following- 104an 23.
"104".
