An Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
[21st August, 1979]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amend- Short uile and ment) (No. 7) Ordinance 1979 and shall be deemed to have come into commenced. operation on 21 August 1979.
2. Section 28(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- Amendmem of graph (a) of the proviso by deleting "74" and substituting the following ection 28.
