Amendment

(0) generally, carrying into effect the

provisions of This Ordinance.

(2) The Commissioner may in writing, in such cases as he thinks fit and for suché period and subject to such conditions af he may specify, exempt any person or clas of persons from any regulations mado?! under this section.

(3) Regulations under this section may! provide that a contravention of any speci- fied provision of any such regulation shall be an offence and may provide penalties therefor not exceeding à fine of $10000.”)

In section 2 delete "fourteen" and substitute

2. Delete section 5 and substitute the following →

* (1) Any person who contravenes? any of the provisions of section 2 commuita i an offence and is liable to a fine of $10 ODO.) (2) Any person who contravenes any, of the provisions of section 3 commits ad offence and is liable to a fine of $2 000,"

In section 2(1)

(a) delete the definition of "child" and substitute
