An Ordinance to amend the Crimes Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crimes (Amendment) (Mo. 2) shuni dupe.. Ordinance 1979.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 159 Addition of the following Part-

"PART XIII
MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES
160. (1) Any person who loiters in a public place or in the common parts of any building shall, unless he gives a satisfactory account of himself and a satisfactory explana tion for his presence there, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $2,000 and to imprison- ment for 6 months.
(2) Any person who loiters in a public place or in the common parts of any building and in any way wilfully obstructs any person using that place or the common parts of that building. shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for 6 months.
