An Ordinance to amend the Inland Revenue Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hoog Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amend- Shona, duke mad ment) (No. 5) Ordinance 1979 and shall be deemed to have come futo commençana.. operation on 20 April 1979.
2. Section 28(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in para- graph (a) of the proviso by deleting "74" and substituting the following-
