Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crimes (Amendment) Shon dut. Ordinance 1979.

Section 154 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
ALMEDABAC af section 154,
(a) in subsection (1) by inserting after "Tape offence" the following (p. 2003
or indecent assault"; and

(6) in subsection (3) by inserting after "raps offence" and "that
